Dr. Shaw is a woman of many hats and is a retired public-school educator of 33 years. Beyond that she continues connecting with students at the collegiate level as an adjunct professor.

 

In addition to her eldership at Truth Tabernacle Ministries, Inc., she is the Chief Strategic Church Planner along with being the former Dean of Leadership Training Institute.

 

Dr. Shaw sits on several boards and is a Certified Life Coach trainer and the Chief Executive Officer of Master’s Training Wheel, Inc.

Dr.  Gary Daynes is the founder of Back Porch Consulting, a firm whose culture uses the warmth and trust of the back porch to build the resilience of educational, religious, and civic organizations and their leaders.

 

Dr. Daynes has served as Vice-President to colleges spanning over a 25-year career. His work has given him the opportunity to serve many colleges and organizations through consultation and development trainings.

Gloria Samuels is a native of High Point, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor's of Science Degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and her Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a focus in nonprofit management from High Point University.  

 

She has served on numerous boards including Board: of Directors for Hold out the Lifeline Ministries; Schools of Davidson County; Community of Faith of Davidson County; The Family Selection Board for Habitat for Humanity; Board of Directors for Experience in Self Reliance (WS); and Board Secretary of Love Out Loud (WS). Gloria Samuels is the owner and Chief Executive Office of The Real Gloria Worldwide. She is also the Apostolic Voice and Senior Pastor of Great Commission Community Church, Winston-Salem, NC.

Pastor James A. Rowland, has been preaching the Gospel for over 18 years and is respected as a man of integrity.

He is a business executive with over 20 years of managerial experience as well as an expository teacher and inspirational preacher. Pastor James has a Bachelor's of Science in Religion and is passionate about local evangelism and outreach to destroy poverty, disease, spiritual emptiness, and illiteracy that plagues so many lives today.

 

His approach is to mobilize Christians into an outreach effort to attack those areas by promoting reconciliation, equipping servant leaders, assisting the poor, caring for the sick, and educating the next generation.

Being an Innovative Leader

​

John R. Bost has over 50 years experience in education, spanning the pre-school years through graduate school. Twenty years were spent in the public-school sector serving the classroom in all sciences, followed by eight years experience in administration and now over twenty years in community development.

 

A certified executive coach, he served seven years on the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Planning Board, various Early Childhood initiatives, the Infant Mortality Coalition and has been actively involved in several Community Development Corporations. He served as Chairman of Leadership Winston-Salem, as well as three terms as the Mayor of Clemmons, NC. John is President and owner of Master Counsel and Associates, Inc., which offers planning and coaching services for various non-profits and church-based organizations, to include real estate acquisition and development. In 2018, he was inducted into The Rhododendron Society by the Reich College of Education at his Alma Mater, Appalachian State University.

Pastor Christopher (Chris) G. Davis serves as the Chair of the Fayetteville PWC Board. Davis is a retired U.S. Army Engineer Officer and served as a member of the Fayetteville City Council representing District 6, from 2019 – 2022.  He has also served as Chair of the City Planning Commission and Vice Chair of the Joint Appearance Commission, and Teen Court Judge for Cumberland County. 

 

He is presently an Adjunct Instructor at Methodist University, where he teaches Leadership and Youth Ministry Leadership. In 2023, he was appointed to the North Carolina Board of Science, Technology, and Innovation as a Member at Large.  Davis was personally awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart Medal for wounds sustained from IED blasts while leading route clearance operations in Marjah City. He is the senior Pastor of Force of Life Ministries, Fayetteville, NC.

Mrs. Brooks is a trailblazer in prison reform and inmate rehabilitation. She carries a passion for creating creditable platforms for formerly incarcerated individuals to discover new values and become productive citizens in society. Shuntaneka Brooks is the owner of A Prospective New Day, Inc.   

 

She has a degree in  Rehabilitation and Human Studies. Shuntaneka has over 20 years in management, training, facilitating workshops, coordinating events and implementing new programs.  She is a dedicated leader, compassionate, goal-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile to get it done.

Apostle Kelly functions as an apostle by the grace of God and has been commissioned to assist the Body of Christ in understanding kingdom ministry in the church and marketplace. He is the Chief Celebrant and CEO of Kingdom Impact Ministries Apostolic Network, Inc. Apostle Kelly has been blessed to travel internationally and preach the gospel in Kenya. He has taken in churches in Kenya and other ministries are being established over the continent of Africa.   

  

In the marketplace, Apostle Kelly is certified as a highly qualified teacher with the state of North Carolina teaching Middle School English and Social Studies. For the school year of 2023-2024, Apostle Kelly was recognized by Penn Griffin School for the Arts for exceeding the expected growth in English. Apostle Kelly is the president of Derek D Kelly Ministries, Inc. and Kelly Consulting Solutions, LLC.

Dr. Demetria Davis is a native of Fayetteville, NC. Upon Graduation from Fayetteville Terry Sanford High in 1998, she earned a full Athletic Scholarship to the University of South Carolina. She majored in exercise science. She holds the University record for the most decorated Athlete in the school's history with 21 All-American honors. Because of her extensive and impressive college career she was named to the 2023 University of South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame.  After college she pursued a professional track and field career endorsed by NIKE where she traveled to over 13 countries competing for the United States. One of her greatest track and field achievements was earning a gold medal in the 2003 World championships, in Paris, France.

 

Dr. Demetria is also a member of the Fayetteville- Cumberland County Parks and Recreation advisory board and the Fayetteville Sports Hall of Fame. She has also been awarded as one of Fayetteville’s 40 under 40 recipients for her efforts in her community and as an entrepreneur.  She owns a private Chef and Catering business, Dee’s Champion Cuisine where her motto is “Cuisine with a Champion Flare...It’s a Lifestyle.
