Dr. Shaw is a woman of many hats and is a retired public-school educator of 33 years. Beyond that she continues connecting with students at the collegiate level as an adjunct professor.
In addition to her eldership at Truth Tabernacle Ministries, Inc., she is the Chief Strategic Church Planner along with being the former Dean of Leadership Training Institute.
Dr. Shaw sits on several boards and is a Certified Life Coach trainer and the Chief Executive Officer of Master’s Training Wheel, Inc.

Dr. Gary Daynes is the founder of Back Porch Consulting, a firm whose culture uses the warmth and trust of the back porch to build the resilience of educational, religious, and civic organizations and their leaders.
Dr. Daynes has served as Vice-President to colleges spanning over a 25-year career. His work has given him the opportunity to serve many colleges and organizations through consultation and development trainings.

Pastor Christopher (Chris) G. Davis serves as the Chair of the Fayetteville PWC Board. Davis is a retired U.S. Army Engineer Officer and served as a member of the Fayetteville City Council representing District 6, from 2019 – 2022. He has also served as Chair of the City Planning Commission and Vice Chair of the Joint Appearance Commission, and Teen Court Judge for Cumberland County.
He is presently an Adjunct Instructor at Methodist University, where he teaches Leadership and Youth Ministry Leadership. In 2023, he was appointed to the North Carolina Board of Science, Technology, and Innovation as a Member at Large. Davis was personally awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart Medal for wounds sustained from IED blasts while leading route clearance operations in Marjah City. He is the senior Pastor of Force of Life Ministries, Fayetteville, NC.

Think Like a Champion and Win Like a Boss
Dr. Demetria Davis is a native of Fayetteville, NC. Upon Graduation from Fayetteville Terry Sanford High in 1998, she earned a full Athletic Scholarship to the University of South Carolina. She majored in exercise science. She holds the University record for the most decorated Athlete in the school's history with 21 All-American honors. Because of her extensive and impressive college career she was named to the 2023 University of South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame. After college she pursued a professional track and field career endorsed by NIKE where she traveled to over 13 countries competing for the United States. One of her greatest track and field achievements was earning a gold medal in the 2003 World championships, in Paris, France.
Dr. Demetria is also a member of the Fayetteville- Cumberland County Parks and Recreation advisory board and the Fayetteville Sports Hall of Fame. She has also been awarded as one of Fayetteville’s 40 under 40 recipients for her efforts in her community and as an entrepreneur. She owns a private Chef and Catering business, Dee’s Champion Cuisine where her motto is “Cuisine with a Champion Flare...It’s a Lifestyle.
